As part of the World Peoples Assembly, the Eurasian Forum of National Cultures and Equestrian Traditions "Constellation of the First" will take place.

The "Constellation of the First" Festival of National Cultures and Equestrian Traditions was initiated by the Association for Horse Breeding Development in 2021 as a unique platform where equestrian performances are combined with cultural performances of the peoples of Russia.
In 2024, the first forum was held in the Presidential Hall of the Russian Academy of Sciences in collaboration with the Russian Academy of Sciences. This underscored that science is the foundation of the festival's idea and sets the direction for its development.
The "Constellation of the First" festival can become an important platform for strengthening friendship and developing open dialogue between peoples, uniting them through culture and traditions, and creating a space for cultural exchange and mutual understanding between countries.
Moscow and Kazan have already successfully hosted the "Constellation of the First" festival with the support of the State Duma, the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs, and regional authorities.
