Latin America is a dynamic center of the multipolar world with economic leaders such as Brazil and Mexico. The region possesses immense potential for the development of people’s diplomacy: civil society institutions and numerous NGOs implementing social, humanitarian, educational, and cultural projects are actively operating here. This creates a solid foundation for strengthening trust and international ties.
The discussion will focus on: effective formats of cooperation between Greater Eurasia and Latin America; project implementation and how to overcome challenges such as vast distances and limited funding; the relevance of Russian practices in Latin America for protecting historical memory and traditional values; integrating modern digital solutions into traditional formats of people’s diplomacy, and other issues.
The panel of experts is unique. Leading public figures, scholars, and cultural leaders from Latin American countries will participate in the discussion.
The goal of the panel discussion is
To explore new formats of cooperation with Latin America using the tools of people’s diplomacy and direct contacts between opinion leaders from different countries
