The 25th anniversary Tianjin Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, held in China, demonstrated a new format of world order to the entire world. This is not merely a new architecture of the world—it is a new philosophy of a multipolar world order. The summit was attended by leaders from 22 countries and 8 international organizations. No previous summit had seen such a number of participants represented by heads of state. This indicates the growing authority of the organization and its increasing effectiveness and significance on the international stage. Alongside traditional diplomacy tools, the summit particularly highlighted the immense impact of people’s diplomacy instruments in shaping a unified SCO space.
