I am deeply honored and grateful to have been invited as a Guest of Honor to the First World Assembly, to be held in Moscow on September 20−21, 2025. I believe that this platform could not come at a more convenient time, as the world faces increasing instability and turmoil.

Regrettably, I will not be able to attend this important event. As Your Excellency is aware, September is an exceptionally busy month at the United Nations, particularly with the General Assembly, which this year marks its 80th anniversary.

On another note, I could not agree more with the insights in your letter: The World Public Assembly and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations share common goals in their work, as both entities aim to celebrate unity in diversity while fostering dialogue and mutual understanding.

Therefore, we shall continue to collaborate in future events to build more tolerant and harmonious societies.

I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to you, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
