Transfer for Participants
Dear Participants,
From September 18 to 22, 2025, an airport transfer will be arranged for all guests staying at the officially recommended hotels of the World Public Assembly. Transfers will be provided from all three Moscow airports — Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, and Vnukovo.

- Transfers will operate 24/7, coordinated with your flight arrival time
- Upon arrival, Assembly volunteers will greet you with a welcome sign indicating the name of the event (World Public Assembly) and guide you to your transfer
For participants staying in other hotels, transfers are not covered by the Assembly, but our team will be happy to assist you with booking a taxi or arranging alternative transport — simply approach a volunteer upon arrival.

Badge Distribution

Access to the World Public Assembly Program venues is possible only with an Accreditation Badge.
Please receive the participant's badge in person, present an identity document (the document’s data are to be same as specified at registration) and printed and signed Consent for personal data processing.
