MOSCOW, 20-21 September 2025. The World Peoples Assembly will hold the First World Public Assembly (WPA) in Moscow — a large-scale international humanitarian forum timed to coincide with the International Day of Peace. This event will serve as a unique venue for elaboration of well-defined solutions to shape a sustainable, just, and harmonious future in an era of global change.

The forum will bring together an unprecedented community in its diversity and influence: over 4,000 leaders of public diplomacy, representatives of civil society, experts, and government officials from more than 150 countries. Among them are outstanding descendants of historical figures, heads of international organizations, ministers, diplomats, scientists, cosmonauts, spiritual leaders, and city mayors.

The central theme of the Assembly is “New World of Conscious Unity”. As noted by the Secretary General of the World Peoples Assembly, Andrey Belyaninov:
“We believe: the New World begins where unity is affirmed, where values are above differences, and cooperation is stronger than rivalry. The New World is a matter of shared efforts. And it is being created here and now—together with you.”
Among the honored guests are individuals whose names and legacies speak for themselves.

As noted by the Co-Chair of the General Council of the World Peoples Assembly and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Aleksandra Ochirova:
“Conscious unity cannot be achieved through governmental decrees. Our key task is the conceptual support of humanitarian modernization and the achievement of multipolar unity through concrete proposals from the participants themselves coming from around the world”.
The business program includes 7 panel sessions and over 40 thematic platforms on key areas: public diplomacy, humanitarian modernization, values of the new world, and spiritual unity. Thematic forums: International Media Forum “Media in the Service of Humanity”, Youth Forum “Generation of Unity,” International Forum “Victorious Nations: The Lesson of World War II and Responsibility for Peace”, Business Forum “Corporate Social Responsibility: Investments in a Common Future”, Congress of the World Organization of Writers (WOW), and the Eurasian Forum of National Cultures and Equestrian Traditions “Constellation of the First”.

An important event will be the meeting of university presidents on the sidelines of the World Public Assembly. It will bring together representatives of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, experts, and scholars from over 40 countries worldwide.
